"I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities"
"Our room was not cleaned. When requested later in the day at 1pm, it was still not cleaned. A further request was made at 5.30pm and the bed was made but the rest of the room was not cleaned. No towels, bins full.
After requesting a 4th time we were told that housekeeping finishes at 2.30pm."
"Room was pretty run down. Had Ants crawling across the counter and the shower leaked really bad which flooded the bathroom. Staff charged our account for parking when it was agreed we would pay cash. Bar took 40 minutes to make 2 drinks."
"I had no issue with the property as we didn't stay there. We tried to book the property via the Hotel website for a date in June but there was no availability. However, the web site said that rooms were available via Expedia. I clicked on the link assuming that the dates we had already selected would carry accross. We booked a room in the Hotel through Expedia. We received a confirmation email and noted that the date booked was that day not the June date. We tried to call the number shown on the Expedia email and the recording said that the number didn't exist. We then called the Hotel and cancelled the booking for that night and they said they would contact Expedia. We received an email advising that the reservation falls within the cancellation penalty window. We were assured that our concern had been forwarded, and they would assist us in ensuring the cancellation is processed that same day. We have not heard anything since and despite cancelling immediately we paid the full fare for the room."
