The apartment was lovely and close to everything. Nice rooms, lovely pool and hot tub, handy laundry in suite. The sliding glass dores to the terrace could use a bit of fixing up but otherwise it was wonderful.

We arrived earlier than check in and were made to feel immediately welcome and given an apartment straight away. The guys on reception were friendly and really helpful. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and welcoming, we had the best views on 15th floor - can't complain at all! The tiny little things that might have helped were a few additions like air freshener for the loo and tissues in the bedrooms, maybe some salt and pepper for the kitchen - but honestly it was not a drama and not expected. We highly recommend the Pacific Resort and would stay again in a heartbeat - thank you very much to everyone there!

It is not a very kid friendly place, an older fella that lives there (I’m assuming) came out and told us to be quiet while we were at the pool and it was on a Friday evening at not even 7:30pm! Kids will be kids, I understand the annoyance but I would say coming out just as it was getting dark to tell us to quiet down was a bit much! … Other than that it’s a good location, good customer service, and the walking distance is perfect for food and shopping.
