we love the spa and pool. Also, the room and balcony were great to sit and have a drink and watch all that was going on around. the river the sea, trams so on. Our room was clean staff friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay

Clean, tidy and modern apartment. Good facilities. Great location being close to eateries, canals and obviously the coast 5-10 mins walk, max. I walked to N.Burleigh along the beach from there.

this was a really good place to stay, the only thing i would give feedback on was the rooms smelt like cleaning products but it made it smell like an old persons smell, like an old musty motel. That was the difference from getting 5 stars, other than that it was great

The apartment size and location was ideal however there was never any staff around at the front desk, nor would they answer any calls or call back. The beds and pillows were horrible in the family 1 bedroom apartment, that I slept on the couch after the first night. We woke up with sore necks and backs everyday. Carpet was dirty so I vacuumed when we arrived due to so much hair on the carpets it was disgusting.

There was a lot of dust in our room upon checkin. Check-in was hard to get instructions for; thankfully my plane was delayed and our instructions were eventually sent to us after a friendly reminder. The photos we booked for were not the sight we got given upon payment The location was very convenient for walking distance to public transport and walking distance for attraction sites close by

Nice property, room ok .. bed ok but no spare blanket so was very cold over night … pillows terrible .. very flat!!! Would not book studio again, very small but would stay at property again !! Staff outstanding !!

The room was lovely and cozy. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the property is quiet at night. The tram is just a couple of meters up the road, very convenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was really nice and had almost everything you could need for your stay (except no iron or ironing board). I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

The place is a 7. The room was not clean enough, the balcony was full of water even when was not raining the day before, no towel at arrival time, the kitchen and the utilities were not clean enough meaning the housekeeping was not done before our arriving. The best part is the balcony and the big shower.

Fantastic apartment with awesome views both sides. Absolutely loved the amenities and services provided. Might be an idea to reschedule that rubbish truck though. 5am is a little early to be woken up by that noise.

No AC, no alternative.

Free parking and convenient location. The positivity stops there. I spent 4 nights here and upon arrival noticed the air conditioner didnt work. I asked reception and they said somebody would come look at it. Nobody came until late on the next day and did nothing. I received an email to say a new air conditioner would be installed on the final night of my stay. I was never offered to move rooms and was essentially made to "deal" with no air conditioning on a week of 30 degree days and 90+ % humidity. Will not be returning.

Excellent location for a quick getaway

We had a lovely 4 nights. Accommodation was continently located next to the tram. It was clean with. Gorgeous view. 15 min walk to cavill avenue or 15 min to broadbeach. 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect kitchenette.

Studio apt was compact and clean. Suitable for solo or couple travellers. Amenities were fabulous - pool, kids pool, sauna and hot tub. BBQ area as well. Secure underground parking. Excellent communication
