"Nice and quite stay on the river. Private balcony was very nice and the room was very spacious."

"The walls are paper thin, the floor creaks as they walk around. I happen to have had the neighbor who likes to "pace" for hours so that was fun. Called the front desk to complain..no one answered. Called his room directly and he apologized...but about 15 minutes later continued into the early morning. Ended up passing out at 1 so...yeah otherwise good room if you don't care about sound proof walls."

"As first time travelers to Brookings, OR my daughter and I were leary about the random choice of hotels. We drove from Ca to OR and on our drive we were contacted by Katie at the Ocean Suiets, a friendly notification that our suiet was clean and ready for us. Upon arrival in Brookings we anxiously looked for our destination. The property was inviting and beautifully groomed. I checked in and Katie was so friendly, THANKED us for choosing the Ocean Suiets for our stay, a courtesy that was refreshing. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable and safe. I impressed with the simple touches of locally made hand soaps and pictures on the walls from local artists. I highly recommend the Ocean Suiets for visitors to Brookings, OR"

"While I room was clean, it definitely needed work. The drapes were hanging off the rod, the ice machine didn’t work, once it was fixed the staff never let us know so we were storing for ice before returning. However I was able to stay an extra day and stay in the same room so that was nice. Our ocean view was perfect which was important to us. 50/50 chance we’d pick it again"
