Ótimo atendimento

Ótimo atendimento, mas precisa de melhorias na estrutura do hotel. Hotel simples, mas ideal para quem quer passar uma ou duas noites. Inicialmente me ofereceram um quarto que não estava bom. Estava com poeira, com móveis e tv antigas e com ar-condicionado quebrado. Entretanto, falei com a recepcionista, que prontamente me colocou em outro quarto novo com tudo limpo e funcionando bem. Possui translado gratuito para o aeroporto e se comprometeram em pagar um Uber, caso o motorista não estive disponível no momento em que eu saísse.

Ridículo!

Experiência horrível! Wifi não funcionava Única tomada do banheiro não funcionava Não tinha tomada ao lado da cama Porta entre quarto e banheiro precária, fora de qualquer padrão inclusive passando toda a claridade externa Havia uma já ela estilo "motel" no quarto, quem estava do lado de fora podia tranquilamente abri-lá e ter acesso ao quarto, tirando totalmente minha privacidade Vazava água por trás do vaso sanitário toda vez que eu acionava o mesmo Quarto com várias rachaduras e o piso todo manchado Janelas quebradas e com "toisas" de cabelo O banheiro não tinha blindex e o nível de queda para o ralo não era suficiente fazendo com que o banheiro ficasse inundado Eu não tive guarda roupa, mas tinha 1 cabide pendurado no antigo suporte de TV, meu Deus que ridículo! Hotel com mais ou menos 40 quartos mas apenas 2 mesas para todos os hóspedes no café da manhã, isso mesmo, duas mesas! O quarto tinha um odor horrível, os lençóis e travesseiros também. A cama? Pelo amor de Deus, parecia de palha. O barulho era enorme! Como pode o Hotéis.com ter um parceiro assim? Se isso vier a acontecer novamente eu vou procurar outros parceiros!

Bom como alternativa para dormir perto do aeroport

Bom hotel apenas para quem precisa dormir perto do aeroporto para pegar algum vôo, fora isso não é uma boa alternativa pois fica longe da cidade e ao redor não tem absolutamente nada.

Adequado e atende as expectativas

Adequado e atendeu as expectativas. Chamou-me a atenção a qualidade de atendimento e cordialidade do staff. Esqueci a senha do meu cartão, por isso tive que pagar parte da estada em dinheiro e outra parte em débito. Como ficaram faltando 30 reais, o atendente deixou que pagasse no outro dia, depois de ir ao banco, e ainda me emprestou 20 reais, para nao perder a abertura do evento de que estava participando. Apenas precisa atualizar ou registrar endereço no Uber ou Google, pois estava mandando os motoristas para outro local, o que causa certo transtorno, embora eu entenda que não seja da alçada direta do hotel.
