This hotel is old and need maintenance badly. Breakfast if you not attending at 6am you probably will just eat what was left, no replacement. The door to elevator used to be open with your door card but it was broken and anyone had access to the floors

Minha experiência neste hotel foi excelente do início ao fim. Desde a chegada, fui muito bem recebido na recepção, com destaque especial para a Karinne Mundim. Extremamente prestativa, simpática e solícita, ela se preocupava o tempo todo em saber como eu estava me sentindo, se eu estava gostando da cidade e sempre dava ótimas dicas de lugares para conhecer. Com o passar dos dias, deixou de ser apenas uma recepcionista e acabou se tornando uma amiga, fazendo toda a diferença na estadia. O hotel é impecável em todos os detalhes. A academia é bem equipada, o café da manhã é pontual, variado e com ingredientes de qualidade, sempre fresco e bem organizado. O terraço e a piscina são ótimos espaços para relaxar, muito bem cuidados. O Wi-Fi funciona perfeitamente em todas as áreas do prédio, inclusive nos quartos e áreas comuns, e o estacionamento é um grande diferencial pela praticidade. Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis, silenciosos e muito limpos, com ótimo isolamento acústico e controle de luminosidade, permitindo deixar o ambiente totalmente escuro para uma excelente noite de sono. As camareiras são muito solícitas e cuidadosas, mantendo tudo sempre impecável. A limpeza do hotel como um todo é exemplar, e a música ambiente constante traz uma sensação de conforto e tranquilidade. Sem dúvida, uma estadia muito positiva. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.
