Ficamos no conforto o ano passado e não acreditei como caiu a qualidade. Só o restaurante continua excelente. Se não fosse pelo pessoal do restaurante e pela comida daria apenas 1 estrela. Quarto-meio velho, desgastado e sem muito conforto. Recepção-nomal/indiferente Valet-chegamos mais cedo pra fazer o check in e parecia desconfiado não querendo que a gente parasse o carro. Falou que estava cheio e depois perguntamos a recepção e falaram que tinha vaga.

Hotel grande, com variedade de quartos (mesmo o padrão é grande, mas há opção ainda maior com antesala com TV), academia na cobertura, e bom café da manhã. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Boa opção de almoço executivo no restaurante do hotel. Sugestões: colchão poderia ser menos mole / macio (ele afunda) e, no café da manhã, poderia haver opções para quem tem intolerância a gluten (a única opção era pão de queijo) e à lactose (aí não tinha o que comer de carboidrato) - poderia ter batata-doce ou mandioca cozidas como opção.

Ótimo café da manhã.

O hotel tem um ótimo café da manhã, com frutas, ovos mexidos, pão de queijo, queijo branco, bolo etc. O melhor ainda é que começam a servir as 6 da manhã, para quem acorda cedo como eu, é maravilhoso. Tive problema no cofre e no ralo do banheiro, mas fui prontamente atendida quando solicitei ajuste. Pedi comida no quarto e também gostei muito. Acho que o que poderia melhorar são as esteiras da academia.

Já nos hospedamos outras vezes no hotel. Dessa vez, sinalizamos na chegada que precisávamos de uma cama adicional (conforme foi informado na reserva - que poderiapara a rianca de 4 anos solicitar) e para nossa surpresa disseram que todas as camas adicionais já tinham sido instaladas e que não teria mais. Mesmo sinalizando que a estadia eram 2 adultos e 1 criança (informando a idade) eles disseram que o entendimento do hotel eyque riancas de até 7 anos dormem com os pais (?). Tirando esse contratempo, o hotel é um bom lugar para se hospedar, uma vez que está em uma ótima localização e conta com um café da manhã bem delicioso.

Já me hospedei anteriormente e foi tudo de bom, mas desta vez infelizmente não acertaram, quarto com paredes sujas, ar condicionado velho, barulhento e controle com poucas funções funcionando, cama com colchão velho e com buraco ao meio, mesmo reclamando na recepção para a troca do mesmo, não trocaram, quando cheguei a noite, como não tinha condições de dormir mais uma noite no mesmo, pedi a troca de quarto, imagina a trabalheira já com as malas abertas, varias viagens para fazê-la, já cansado do dia, complicado, mas espero que melhorem.
