"The warmth, care and courtesies extend by Andean Gillett (the front desk) and Karely Yam (the Manager) went above and beyond. They made the stay relaxing and fun. They arranged a special birthday surprise treat at the Biltmore hotel for me. They recommended places to visits and things to do, they ensured we were settled and all our needs were met. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Andean and Karely made our stay in Belize exceptional. We are truly grateful!"

"We booked for 9 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable. Fridge, safe, and coffee maker in room. Microwave in common area with open area to sit or view the gardens or harbour view. Security and hotel staff were very helpful from arranging taxis, providing info, and having available delicious local food. Farmers market, grocery, restaurants, and water taxi within walking distance. "
