I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a mixed experience. During the first three days, water kept leaking from the bathroom glass panel door, making the floor slippery. On the fourth night, water started dripping from the upper wall, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had similar bathroom leakage issues, the pantry light was not working, and the air-conditioning was weak, causing a very uncomfortable and stuffy night.
Despite these problems, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and tried their best to assist us. With improvements to room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

Great if you enjoy shopping but the constant calls to seek your attention from traders can be tiresome. Nice to see products from different parts of the world...but sometimes repetative.
