"Lovely place with great customer service and modern-technology conveniences. I loved that I could check in via an app on my phone and use my phone as a room key. The room itself was a bit small but was perfect for one. I have to say, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times but the comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and wonderful views made up for a lot of that. Wish I stayed for more nights but now know that the next time I’ll back in Queenstown, I’ll stay here. "

"The Hilton in QNZ is outstanding. Everywhere you look there’s a friendly staff member saying good morning/afternoon, asking if they can help - so welcoming. The location is superb, private, peaceful & beautiful. Aesthetically the property has a traditional, familiar charm. Our favourite hotel stay by far. "

"We had a group of 8 staying 3 nights, we booked a 2-bedroom apartment and one superior queen room. We were very happy with the service; we had a bit of a mix-up with the booking company, but this was accommodated by the hotel promptly. Very clean, and polite. There are older elements that could be updated (e.g. tapware and bath etc.) but they do the job just fine for the price, the service and being within walking distance to the waterfront more than make up for this. I have not complaints and would happily book again."
