The room and property were well maintained and very clean, it was super close to town and had an enjoyable walk in to town every time. There was nothing that i didn't enjoy on our visit.

Excellent Hotel in great location.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the lake with a stunning view of the Remarkable’s. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Only downside was they charge for onsite parking which given the cost of the room felt a little greedy.

This was one of those rare times when we found the room to be better than the pictures on the internet. The room we had was spacious with exceptional views of the lake through the large windows and sliding doors. The room made our Queenstown experience that bit more special.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful few days in Queenstown! Our garden apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and we loved how it was serviced daily. The staff are really friendly. Can't beat the location with a short walk along the lake to the centre of town. One of our beds consisted or two king singles pushed together and it wasn't very comfortable. We used the small carpark area once then parked for free out on the street. One other tiny complaint, the bathroom tap was hard to turn on and you had to be careful not to get splashed as you forcefully lifted the handle. We would definitely stay at Peppers again.

The furniture looks old and a bit tired.. bathroom was in good condition. Plaster patches on the wall and holes in the wall. It was raining one day and there was no mat to wipe our shoes.. the staff were very polite and helpful.

Had to pay an unexpected fee for parking in a crammed underground parking area. Apart from appartment front door/ windows, no other windows in the bedrooms and although two seperate bedrooms, only one bathroom.

Clean hotel, close to restaurants and cafes. Hotel itself however did not offer daily room servicing (unless specifically requested every day). Rooms appeared a little run down. Did not seem up to Peppers usual standard.
