"Oskar is amazing! I had a horrible experience at the baymont in thornton colorado so I came to stay here. I have had wonderful service, a quite clean room. They let me bring my cat Willard which is very important to me, but most of all Ive had a very ruff ffew months and I was greeted with kindness and compassion which ment the world to me. Thanks for going above and beyond !"
"I was sick all night the first night and made a mess of hte bathroom. I requested they clean early and they did an excellent job. The desk staff was courteous and helpful the entire time."
"The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. "
"We stayed here to be close to Washington University. The room was giant and quiet and well appointed. The staff were really great and the Starbucks was fine and had everything you wanted overall a great day and I would stay there again."
