"Hotel is tired, needs refurbished. Carpets and soft furnishings in desperate need of cleaning. Pillows and beds are rock solid, bathrooms are dated. Staff are great and always helpful. It’s not a cheap stay at the Crown Plazza, I doubt I will return till improvements are made."
