"We booked an executive room which was on the top floor of the hotel. Room was a decent size, large bed with a view of the river. Had access to executive lounge, located next to reception which was nice. Had biscuits pretzels and pastries in the morning as well as bottles of fresh fruit juice, water and soft drinks with tea and coffee facilities. We didn't have breakfast but had dinner in the hotel which was ok."

"The only reason for giving four stars rather than five was in relation to the Leisure Club. The pool is very shallow at one end (I could actually sit on the floor of the pool and have my head above water). This makes it unsuitable for swimming lengths, although I am sure it is very good for children. I would have preferred it to have been the same depth for the whole length. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can mention by name Euan, who sorted out my check in, but unfortunately can't remember the name of the lady who sorted my check out. When I discovered that I had left an item in my room, I called back and it was very quickly retrieved for me."
