"The host was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She shared information to supplement our stay. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was fine. The location was great, about 10 minutes walk into Himare. Bit of a steep walk back but we were fine with that. The pool was great for the hot days."

"The hotel is very good situated in a quite area in border of the night Life and the beaches.
Very proper with a very serviable personnel. I highly recommend it"
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The team truly made us feel like part of their family—warm, attentive, and always ready to help in every possible way. Every little detail was taken care of with genuine care and kindness. It’s rare to find such heartfelt hospitality, and it made our experience incredibly special. Thank you for going above and beyond!"
"The hotel was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. However the rooms are not practical. The shower makes a huge mess and constantly dripped. bidet did not work, there is no place to charge your electrical toothbrush. There is only one small bin in the bathroom. No amenities in the room. There is no sitting area or stools in the room you can only sit on the bed. From a females perspective it can be very inconvenient to get dressed due to the limitations.
Additionally we had a terrible first day we came to dirty bedding, no towels, not the room we expected. Our shower was broken. We had issues with our card to get into the room. We were dismissed by the receptionist at that time. We later came back to a huge leak in our room, we were expected to pack and move.
We had a lovely receptionist Richard who helped us with this and gave us a room with two
Mirrors. However we were not offered any upgrades considering the inconvenience that was caused.
I was disappointed with the fact that it is advised as a spa hotel. However there is no spa or treatment options. Which was a dealbreaker for me as my sole purpose to book this hotel was for that.
I would like to also add that although the hotel can do with a lot more improvement but the views are beautiful
Personal shout out to all the lovely workers that have made our stay bearable and have been very welcome

"Here's the rewritten version:

Really lovely property overall. We had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice touch and made the stay feel special. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout.
A couple of things did let it down slightly. The AC was out for two nights, which made sleeping pretty uncomfortable given how hot the room got. Opening the balcony door wasn't much of a solution either with dogs barking and noise outside. There was also a day where the lift, electricity and water all had issues at the same time, which wasn't ideal.
Breakfast was decent but nothing to shout about. The halal options were quite limited, so worth keeping in mind if that is important to you.
That said, those issues aside, it still felt like a solid 4 star experience and good value for money. Would consider returning but hopefully with a bit more consistency on the maintenance side."
"Fantastic 2 night stay.
Bedroom was a good size and immaculate. Breakfast was lovely and the family who own the hotel are extremely polite and very helpful.
We look forward to returning in the future 😊
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"The hotel is new and very clean. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. I liked the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.
Location wise - a little further from the central town but not hugely far. I also would’ve like a better breakfast range for the premium side of this hotel.
Overall would recommend."
"The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my ground-floor apartment booking was changed without notice to an“upgrade” that was nothing of the sort. The receptionist also made a rude comment about whether I was American or something to that effect. It felt dismissive, like he was questioning why I expected help, or that I was being unreasonable. The apartment wasn’t properly prepared—there was outdoor furniture inside, dirty cookware, no hand soap, and incomplete cutlery. Although he tried to get me the items I requested, there were still issues. For example, I asked for a bowl, but he claimed that bowls aren’t available in Albania, which I know isn’t true. Bowls are commonly used for salad, yogurt-based dishes, and soups. Next the receptionist acknowledged that the room gets cold so he went and brought a duvet/blanket but this is something that also put me off having to possibly be cold. The kettle didn’t work, and when I asked to swap it, none of the others worked either. The receptionist was combative and unhelpful when I voiced concerns. The photos on the website were misleading, showing sea views that didn’t exist in my room. Overall, the place is poorly managed, and if you're looking for a better experience, there are plenty of cleaner, more organized options in the area. This trip was for my 30th birthday, and I ended up leaving for a better place."
"This is a new hotel. It was a great two night stay. Since the hotel is around a year old, there are some fit and finish issues that need to still be addressed. For example, several floors had small lips or height changes when transitioning from one section to another, and the roof top area is still under construction, but staff let us know and supplied other value add services to make up for it. The gym was good as well. Breakie was included. We would recommend this hotel."
"This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, clean and modern. The pool is a highlight and has great loungers. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and good quality Lush soaps. The location is ideal with the beach just across the street and good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was the staff at this hotel. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I dont usually write reviews but this hotel deserves to be recognized!"
