"Extremely disappointing experience. Check-in was handled by unorganized staff who didn't know which room was mine and initially downgraded me from an Executive Room to a budget room. When I finally got into the Executive Room after 30 minutes, it was falling apart—mold on the walls, broken furniture, and an unsecured back door leading outside with no key.
I felt so unsafe and disgusted that I left under the pretense of getting dinner and checked into another hotel. I have never abandoned a...
