The hotel was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. You have to find your own parking in the streets around the hotel. The hotel itself has a handful of parking spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff was super friendly. One note, the hotel's beach is not directly in front of the hotel but about 100 meters down the beach.

The place to stay in Giulianova!

The location is amazing! Probably the best spot you could imagine, across the street from the beach where all the action is. The staff go above and beyond and can communicate in all languages it seems. The food is incredible and the staff treat you like royalty. Buffet breakfast was great and the coffee bar too. Get a room with a balcony to enjoy the view and to get some fresh air. The only thing I wish was a little better was the air conditioning. It was a little warm in the rooms at night, but everyone seems to be used to it.

L’Hotel Cristallo è una bella struttura anche se in questo momento la vista mare è abbruttita dai lavori che si stanno facendo ai piedi dell’hotel per renderlo più accogliente nei prossimi anni (piscina, centro congresso, spa etc). La colazione è ottima e il personale molto efficiente e disponibile. Le uniche pecche sono state la doccia molto piccola (70x70 cm) nonostante il bagno ne permetterebbe una più grande e il letto, eccessivamente floscio. La spiaggia dell’Hotel, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, era bel tenuta e pulita. Le 3 vasche idromassaggio poste sul terrazzo all’ultimo piano sono quel qualcosa in più che il villeggiante apprezza molto ma forse l’acqua era un po’ troppo fredda visto che nel nostro soggiorno le temperature si erano abbassate un po’ soprattutto la sera. Comunque ci siamo trovati molto bene anche grazie al bel lungomare di Giulianova che offre delle belle passeggiate serali.

Da anni frequentiamo la struttura, tutto il personale gentilissimo e sempre un piacere soggiorno, si fa sempre pensione completa, colazioni e pietanze e sempre un piacere la degustazione. Il servizio spiaggia il bar il ristorante in loco sempre il top. Il prossimo anno sicuramente delle belle novità.
