"When I arrived in Korea and took the bus to the residence, I was nervous because I arrived late (latest check-in was around 11pm I believe) missed my bus stop and arrived around a little past midnight, the owner was so nice and hospitable and let me check-in after the initial time. He showed me how to use the amenities (you don’t have to use an actual key to unlock the door, it’s electronic, just put the sensor up to the door handle and it’ll unlock, it’ll lock by itself once you get inside)...

"Excellent property with large suites especially for Seoul. The location could not be better in the heart of Insadong. Traveled as a family of 4 with two children aged 9 & 11 and booked a two bedroom suite. Safe, clean, great gym, clean, great staff, and large pool. The Korean BBQ restaurant downstairs was really good as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Good - Ultra spacious 3 br unit for our family of 4. Kids love having their own room. Comes with basic facilities and equipment for eating in and lounging about. Cable tv with lots of channels. Washer dryer was most heavily used. Heated flooring was heavenly. 5min walk from subway station. Service when required was good. "Office staff were amazing and VERY helpful. I enjoyed my stay at SLA. Even though there is a palace and a temple across the street, I felt the area definitely had a more "neighborhood" feel and less "touristy". The only possible dings would be (1) it is a walk-up, so if mobility is an issue, it is something to think about; and (2) the nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away... However, bus stops are very close and plentiful and it is pretty easy to hail a cab."

"Location was convenient, room was nice. Not super spacious but well situated and stocked. Very comfortable. Construction across the street was a bit noisy and room floor and shower were not super clean. Only had 2 bath towels for 4 person reservation. "
