"We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Coex very much. However, there was 1 thing that the hotel needs to improve very much is the manner of the concierge at the drop-off counter. On the evening of Feb 13, our taxi got lost and we asked the guy at the counter inside the lobby (not the outside one) to talk on the phone with the driver, not only didn't he do anything, he yelled at the taxi driver and hung up. He also asked harshly at us why we booked a taxi via an app instead of the ordinary...

"The staff can speak english well and they promptly respond to your inquiries via email. The location is very close to Sinchon Station and there is an Airport limousine bus stop (nearby) just walk only 200 metres. The room is comfortable and has enough space to keep 2-3 baggage on the floor. "

"ห้องพักกว้าง มีอุปกรณ์ทำครัวพร้อม เดินทางจากสนามบินอินชอนด้วยบัส 6001 จอดป้ายหน้าโรงแรม ใกล้ๆมี CU Mart แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน แต่สภาพห้องเก่า มีฝุ่นตามเตียงและผ้าม่าน คนเป็นโรคภูมิแพ้ไม่แนะนำให้เข้าพัก"

We even needed an outlet adapter, and they provided one free of charge. They also brought our luggage down from the second floor, which was a big help. Everything was...

"Excellent stay at Lacozi Hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Perfect for families or group travelers. Plus, having a CU store nearby was very convenient."

"ที่ตั้งดีมากๆ"

"Really a convenient location in Gangnam. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to many places that we could walk to. The amenities are great! We used stove, microwave and the washer/dryer combo. The steep stairs to the loft bedroom was a little tricky but we got used to it."
