"I stayed for a weekend, and the last time I stayed before this the casino and hotel was in better condition. This casino hotel is degrading, the casino itself has fewer slots and the rooms are outdated. The staff are nice and make sure you get your drinks on time. I understand Sam’s Town was bought by the Ballys Corporation, in which there is a Ballys next door, so I guess we’ll see how it goes. Also, I was sad that the buffet was gone and they put a sportsbook area there. The buffet was one of the things I looked forward to every time I stayed before. "

"Rooms below the 10th floor or a little shabby and noisy. You can hear all of the traffic noise. We started asking for rooms on the 12th floor or higher to not hear the noise and they seem to look and smell better up there also."

"The property was beautiful. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The bathtub was disgusting & full of mold - Lots of it. Theshower head was broken also "

"The rooms were clean, but there were some significant drawbacks. Firstly, despite the website advertising king-sized beds, the rooms only featured four double beds, which the staff confirmed. This was misleading information that influenced my decision to stay there. Additionally, guests are required to take out their own trash and pay a deposit, which is refunded only after a staff inspection of the room to check for damages. I documented the room's condition with before-and-after photos. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. One staff member stood out for his kindness; unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. However, another staff member’s approach was less than pleasant. She knocked loudly on my door as if to break it down, only to greet me with a “Good morning” despite it being evening. When I mentioned the time, she replied brusquely about not wanting to demonstrate how to operate the TV. I expressed my frustration at her lower tone, explaining it was my first time there. After showing me how to use the TV, the helpful young man assisted and earned a five-star rating for his outstanding customer service. He shared that he had faced harsh treatment from other guests, a sentiment I understood given my own frustrations, but I knew it wasn’t his fault. The kitchen was clean and appealing, although I did not see any cleaning staff during my stay."
