This place is nice and quiet. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The place has an indoor and outdoor pool and parking is available. But the unacceptable thing is that there is no washing machine.

Good place to stay

I was mostly happy to stay here, but bed sheets and towels were not included, which is strange. We did bring our own. There was no air-conditioning, nor any fan to cool down the room. This was very quiet hotel when sleeping =))

2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!

We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy.

The accommodation was very basic and disappointing. The apartment was so dark a light needed to be on all the time . There was no curtain on the lounge area where the sofa bed was therefore you were woken up early by the light . The main bed was so hard it gave me severe back ache for the whole 7 days . The sofa bed was stained . There was Costs that I think was unreasonable , ie having to pay for bed linen . Also I thought I had paid all tax’s but still had to pay more when arrived . Also when I asked for extra pillows they said this was not allowed i even asked if I could pay , still no .

We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought milk, juice and some food for breakfast which froze everything!! There was an inner door and didn’t close properly we had to close the wooden door in front which makes the place feel Claustrophobic as the window was small. TV was a very small seems like a 14” monitor. Sofa had no cushions which was really uncomfortable to sit. Looks dirty. The departure instructions require us to take out our own garbage, take out all our used linen, towels, clean dishes and the floor. Towels were really old and doesn’t dry properly. Definitely not worth staying there again. One night seem too long. Positive point was the bathroom, tub seems new and water pressure is good.

Værelset var fyldt med skimmel. Indendørs pool området var også ramt af skimmelsvamp. Værelserne var desuden voldsomt beskidte. Vi ønskede at tjekke ud men hotellet vil ikke refundere betalingen. Vi tjekkede ud på egen regning. Hold jer væk fra dette sted.

Bonne localisation pour quelqu'un de véhiculé. Propreté de l'appartement à notre arrivée à revoir car présence poussière et poils sur le mobilier et matelas. Futon détérioré, dans un piteux état. Baignade qu'une fois a la piscine après avoir constaté son manque de propreté. Heureusement que nous avons été comblé par la beauté d'Annecy .

Kakerklaken, Wespen und anderes Ungeziefer

Bleiben sie dieser Unterkunft auf alle Fälle fern. Uns fielen beim Abendessen zwei Kakerlaken auf den Tisch! Ekelhaft! Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist und haben NICHT da übernachtet aber die Unterkunft weigerte sich eine Rückerstattung auszustellen. Es besteht keine Klimaanlage und die Apartments sind extrem heiss (bei Ankunft über 30C im Innerbereich). Beim Fensteröffnen kommt Ungeziefer rein. Die Einrichtung ist alt, abgenutzt und vielfach beschädigt. Die Unterkunft weigerte sich auch nach mehrmaliger Intervenierung durch Hotels.com eine Rückerstattung auszustellen. Sie verlangten Fotos von den Kakerlaken, man stellt sich das mal vor! Wenn dir Kakerlaken auf den Teller fallen, denke ich nicht zuerst mal daran Fotos zu machen sondern ich bin angewiedert. Diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle vermeiden!!!
