Tres bon rapport qualité/prix

Stationnement gratuit dans le parking fermé de l'hotel. Chambres de petite taille mais avec ce qu'il faut. Petit-déjeuner correct.

Très satisfaisant

Très bon accueil. Chambre un peu bruyante avec la route pas loin, et la tonte des pelouses à 7h du matin. Salle de bains petite, mais vu le prix s'est tout à fait convenable.

Hôtel à rafraîchir. De l'extérieur ou à l'intérieur, c'est vieillot. Salle de bain minuscule, pas pratique. Toutefois bonne literie. Et assez calme malgré la rocade proche.

Caution 75€ didn't come back to me

Hotel as hotel.... They take 75€ security caution and don't give it back so room cost 120€ instead 45 € so I'm still waiting for my money .... They don't answer the phone so it's a big problem

Arrival difficult and cumbersome

Cumbersome reervation and arrival login . I tried to get hold of thé hotel to annonce late arrival, but impossible to get hold of them (occupied). Fortunately, they called me just before leaving for the evening but I was surprised they asked for my credit card data, otherwise I wokld have not been able to access the room. Also, the login on the automatic teller was fastidious and did not work on one of both rooms !

Un peu ennuyeux d'accès sans voiture. Le personnel est très serviable et les chambres étaient propres et pratiques, bien que légèrement petites. Je reviendrais, mais peut-être seulement si j'avais une voiture.

Clean, practical. Just one thing: I would have appreciated to know exactly how to adjust heating (too warm inside the bedroom). But overall good experience. I will go back there

Une nuit paisible, dommage que des cendriers soient absents pour les fumeurs à l'extérieur, obligée de descendre pour utiliser la poubelle du RDC afin de respecter la propreté des lieux. Couvre lit taché et salle de bain avec rideau de douche pas pratique.

Logement vétuste. Lunette WC cassée, store donnant sur le balcon ne fonctionne pas, mur de chambre décrépit. Réglage de l'eau chaude de la douche difficile. Réveillé à 9h par la femme de ménage qui toque à la porte, mais c'est de ma faute je n'avais pas pensé à mettre l'affiche sur la porte.

Séjour mitigé mais vu le prix bas c'est logique

Chambre froide avec une porte qui laisse passer le bruit de l'autoroute à proximité. Draps pas très chaud pour faire face aux 8°C qui rentrait dans la pièce. On entend vite les voisins et les gens sur la coursive. Le débit du robinet était aussi trop puissant... Beaucoup de mal à dormir et 10mn d'alarme incendie à 5h30 ça pique ! Idem quand le service ménage toque à la porte à 8h30... Loin d'être reposant hélas !

Service déplorable et demande etrange

La machine pour obtenir la chambre marche rarement. Il faut appeler souvent. Cependant a plusieurs reprises un homme très désagréable exige de fournir par téléphone a voix haute devant d autres clients votre numéro de carte bleue alors que ce numéro est déjà fourni lors de la réservation par internet. Fonctionnement étrange non rassurant.

Aucun respect pour les autres

Je suis venu avec deux enfants dont un de 4 ans et l'autre de 2 ans quand nous arrivons dans la chambre je trouve que c'est plutôt bien mais la chambre sur la gauche un chien qui ne fait que hurler le monsieur n'apprécie pas forcément des enfants cogne contre le mur et sors de sa chambre pour me donner des noms d'oiseaux je finis par m'endormir vers 22h30 puis réveiller vers 23h par un groupe d'individus très très bruyant s'en suit à côté de l'hôtel des courses de running et la chambre de droite sera occupé par un couple qui sera très bruyant jusqu'à plus de 3h du matin au moment où je m'endors bien sûr à 7h un autre groupe d'individus très bruyant également résultats j'ai très peu dormi et cela est ma pire expérience hôtelière

Hotel correct en rapport qualité prix qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement externe. Le personnel est agréable. Petit déjeuner correct quoiqu'il manque les croissants que dans les autres première classe on peut manger.
