We had a wonderful stay at Quiete Hotel by Hilton during our honeymoon. This was a last minute booking, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and maintained to an exceptional standard. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, it offered the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. It is only a 15-minute bus ride from Taormina and just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the area while enjoying a quieter atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service from the staff. Every member of the team was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic honeymoon and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. We are so grateful for the hospitality we received and would not hesitate to recommend Quiete Hotel by Hilton to anyone visiting Sicily. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our honeymoon so special, we hope to return one day!

We chose the Quiete for the pool, beach club and a place to wind down after a few days sight seeing. The pool area is lovely, pool bar service is great and it is well cared for. All the staff we engaged with were friendly and helpful with good English. The evening meal on our second night was really good and the kitchen coped well with some tables and a big group of about 50 all eating at the same time. Breakfast was average, a good selection but at 9.30 the scrambled egg looks to have been put out at 7.30 and not refreshed. Kitchen were happy to fried egg to order but not an omelette. If you are a coffee drinker and haven't paid the extra for a room where a coffee maker is included then you won't get coffee as they don't do instant. And while there is a kettle and tea bags there is no milk provided. And when we asked about it there wasn't an offer of any. The bathroom was a bit tired given how recently the place had been upgraded and hot water wasn't too hot in the mornings. One real annoyance was that one of our terrace chairs had gone walkabout to a neighbouring terrace. We spotted this on checking in and ask for it to be either brought back or replaced, 2 days later that hadn't been dealt with despite a second reminder. Overall a nice place to escape the bustle of Taormina, be aware that the walk to get a bus up is a good 10 minutes, some along a main road with poor pavement. However the local shops and restaurants are good and no touristy gifts.

The floor was not clean. I spilled water and the clean up was a very dirty towel. I was very discreet and told staff. Nothing was done. Food was subpar. There are many places to stay here. Pick another place.

Hotel molto tranquillo, come dice il nome. Servizi al livello atteso.. peccato per la SPA che era chiusa… così come la colazione non inclusa in un prezzo comunque già importante.. e troppo cara per il valore del buffet proposto. Personale molto cortese, professionale e sempre molto disponibile.

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, personale ultra gentile e disponibile. Unico aspetto un po’ negativo, è la posizione un po’ decentrata, che potrebbe essere tranquillamente superato se fosse organizzato un sistema di collegamento con la strada principale.
