The buffet area felt quite overwhelming when everyone was trying to get their food, and some guests even cut the line. Serving breakfast at the tables would help create a more comfortable and orderly dining experience."

"Absolutely wonderful experience! We arrived late and were unable to contact the ryokan to let them know. We were feeling down because we thought we had missed the traditional dinner. But when we arrived, the ladies of the inn quickly got us checked in and had the kitchen prepare dinner right before it closed. And the traditional Japanese dinner was amazing! I cannot say how much I appreciate the thoughtful service. "
