Nice cosy place, The walk to nearby park and village i Make this access so good . Definitely a good choice for onsen visit . The 8th floor onsen view is cooling and great to be in.

It’s a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The staff were terrific and provided excellent service. The meals were an absolute delight with special dishes highlighting the seasonal ingredients. The room was spacious with a private Onsen that helped us relax. Overall it was truly amazing!

Large room. Enjoyed the separate sitting area. Staff was very good, kind and helpful. The food was wonderful, well presented and explained. The hot bath is made of attractive wood that feels good. I like being able to control the temperature.

All the thing was great,I been there with ny girl friend and one more couple of my friends,all the staff there was very kindly,we can see all the staff keep smile at all the time,the open bath(hot spring)is very beautiful A lot of art work all around inside the hotel,the food (breakfast/dinner)was great,very delicious! The surrounding environment is beautiful and you can easily buy many local specialties and take a lot of photo, We got a lot of go memories and experience there, We will come back again Thank you so much

Very dated property, very old decor,, the hotel would need some renovation and new furniture and art. It was hard to see that on the pictures on expedia. Most hotel in Japan give you a very limited time frame in terms of breakfast we had only the option at 7 or 8 which is quite early if your on vacation. We could not make it because my husband had to work at that time. They are also very strict on the checkout time. The service eas good and the first person who greeted us was very nice and really took the time to take us to our room and explain everything to us. We had a private onsen, which was nice and the room did not feel as dated as the rest of the hotel. The food was ok but we have come ro realize that a Kaiseki style dinner is not really our thing although we are not really picky eaters and love Japanese cuisine. Again the service was excellent at the restaurant though. I would not stay here again.

한국인 후기가 적어서 걱정했는데, 시설도 깔끔하고, 가이세키도 맛있었어요. 게로역까지 왕복 택시비를 지원해줘서 편하게 이동했습니다. 직원들도 친절했어요. I was worried because there were few Korean reviews, but the facilities were clean and the kaiseki was delicious. They supported me with round-trip taxi fare to Gero Station, so I moved comfortably. The staff was nice, too.

客室は清潔で、大浴場も心地好く楽しめました。 造りを理解していなかった私が悪いのてすが、部屋と大浴場がとても遠く、下りのみ階段を使用しなければならない所があり、一緒に行った高齢者は少し辛かったようです。 もし説明があれば、別の部屋を予約したかな。 お料理はどれも美味しく、一緒に行った高齢者もとても喜んでくれました。ありがとうございました。

體驗極好的一間酒店，員工非常親切有禮，酒店有本館和別館組成，非常之大，房間很整潔，私人風呂也足夠大，溫泉水水質很好，浸完皮膚很滑，晚餐的飛驒牛鍋很好吃，另外試了付費飛驒牛燒肉是極度好吃，真的有驚喜。 另外就是酒店位置不算方便，酒店貼心在入住和離開時可免費坐的士來往車站，但在車站卻極難上到的士，浪費了很多時間，離開時則可由酒店職員幫忙預約的士，至少離開時會輕鬆一點。 整體入住感覺極好，溫泉非常高質，下次會再考慮入住。

仲良しママ友との女子旅で利用させてもらいました。友人のリクエストでサウナ付きで部屋食の宿という事で紗々羅に決めさせてもらいました。ここに決めてほんとに良かったです。 ホテルの方達みんなとても感じがよくて、のくしてもらいましたし、夜朝ともの部屋食もほんとに豪華で女性にぴったりで色々な種類を少しずつ…、ほんとに多種類ででも全て美味しくてサイコーに満足できる食事を提供して頂きました。 温泉もとろっとしててお肌つるつるです。 お部屋からの景観もとても良くて、下呂の川と夕焼けもとても綺麗に見える素敵なお部屋でした。 また、利用したいと思います。
