"Rooms and staff are great. The carpet in the room we stayed in could use some cleaning. The next morning, restrooms in the lobby (both men's and women's) were clogged and unusable. That's not something you would expect in a hotel you pay over $300 per night."

I never felt so mistreated and looked down at by the workers .. I went to the desk and Said I wasn't able to get breakfast and he said what did I want him to do..I asked to speak to the manager he told me he's out of town for the week.... So disappointed in this hotel....and the way a senior citizen was treated.."
