"The room was expensive wasn't worth it got there had to have house keeping changing one of the beds sheets,the room had a nasty smell into the bathroom they forgot someone's under garment hanging behind the door. Definitely bad experience for the price they should be able to afford to renew their hotel."

"I was disappointed there was no coffee available until 7 am, being from the East Coast I woke up early and had to go off-site. I did try the coffee for my 2nd cup and it was marginal. There is very little lobby area but the location on Washington Avenue is good."

"There were only one coffee pack in the room.( three of us in the room) The bed was too soft and too bouncy. I shared a bed with my sister and everytime my sister turned or moved the bed woke me up. The pool water maintenance maybe needs looked at. The pool water hardly smelled or tasted any chemicals, like chlorine or bromin. 6 of us stayed for two nights to celebrate my moms 79th birthday. I have told someone on reception about it when I requested adjoining rooms. We had a close up - road and mountain view, nothing to see kind of view."

"The only thing that bothered me was the shuttle service that appeared to be free for concert goers. $60 a person when a uber there and back was $20 total for two people. That just irked me you had a sign making it seem it was free when it was a crazy price. Would stay again if was going back to red rock show. I know don’t fall for shuttle scam."

"The hotel appears nicer than it truly is. Its run down with stains on carpet, walls, furniture, etc. The elevator is the scariest one of all and literally would stop on floors randomly. And this was the working one as the other one was broken. The worst part of all was the rude cleaning staff. They kept yelling back and forth to each other early in the morning and carrying on personal conversations outside of guest's rooms for over an hour. At one point, a male employee came up and talked to them to keep it down. It was incredibly rude. They would also come into the elevator playing a TV show out loud. I saw them standing outside a room just watching their phone with the volume up. I was a little flabbergasted. "
