"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"The staff was wonderful. The house was charming and has an interesting history. Very close the down town. We stayed in the library room. Cleanliness I'd give it an 8/10. I had to move the end table as my phone cord fell behind it. A lot of dust bunnies behind there. Continental breakfast was good. The only bad thing I could say about our stay was that it was very noisy early in the morning. This room is on the main floor. The people staying above us were up extremely early and walked heavily...

"The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub...

"I was booked at this property, and the day before my flight, the hotel called to inform me that I could not check in. They booked me into a lesser hotel for the same price. I was panicking and scrambling to find a hotel just before my flight to Ontario. They assured me that they would credit the amount back to me upon cancelling the booking. I had already paid; however, I still haven't received any refund. This has left me chasing down my credit for my Visa card. I am very dissatisfied with...

"The hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the highway. However, there is nothing nearby in walking distance for an elderly.. the room is beautiful. A microwave would be nice. The restaurant “The Cannery” is wonderful and the staff are excellent. There is no free breakfast which is fine but for a Hilton, there is not free coffee that I could see. Overall a wonderful experience"
