"It was a stormy winter night, they have coffee/tea out I think 24/7. That’s a nice touch, you can park inside or out….i think it was $40, too much in my opinion. Breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast fare. The location was good to walk the downtown area. "

"A nice cheap place to spend a few days in downtown Kingston. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There's a bit of parking on the side, but you have to pay for underground parking which once you check-in the buzz you in."

"Rooms are clean but very dated with very firm mattresses that didn’t lead to a good night’s sleep, especially when compounded by noise from the hallway and footsteps heard clearly from the floor above. Though I have stayed at this property before, there was no hot water in my room this time. A just warm shower was not what I was hoping for following a long day. Breakfast offerings are always great but don’t make up for a lacklustre room."
