"Convenient location in Okpo, clean and tidy. Front desk staff very helpful. FSR bus pick up by front door for Hanwha yard workers (not main gate). Only complaint would be poor choice at breakfast - although it was inclusive in my room rate."

"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "
