"The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, carpet had some stains, no biggie. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. My only complaint is that parking on the hotel property, you are charged $8 a day. Seems a little ridiculous and you aren’t aware of the charges until the day you check out and you are emailed a bill for parking."

"The hotel was clean, and the 2-bedroom suite layout was perfect for the weekend. The parking was ridiculously expensive, almost $200 for 3 nights! It was convenient with valet service, but that seemed absurd! And even though they were nice, the valet guys mostly seemed high or just uninterested and inconvenienced, especially when returning the car. We got to the hotel early at 3 pm and asked if our room was ready since check-in isn't until 4 pm. It wasn't, but they said it would be about 20 minutes, so we waited. At 4 pm, I asked again and was told about 5 minutes. We finally got into our room AFTER 4:30! I had to change a dinner reservation, and my daughter was so hungry! If I had known it would take longer, we would've grabbed a quick bite to eat. It had been a VERY long travel day. I thought the pool area was nice, but I wish the "heated" pool had actually been heated."
