Great location!

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast to room was nice! VERY centrally located which was great! Very warm had to ask for second fan because too loud to leave window open. Not the property’s fault it was a heat wave.

This is a very convenient hotel with a kitchenette and two fridges. A block to the lake and a few blocks to the train station, a lot of great restaurants, convenient stores, coop stores in the neighborhood. The breakfast was sent to the room with all options available, which comes with delicious fresh fruits. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superb Stopover

Short stop over in Geneva. Location was excellent for arriving by bus from Annecy. Really nice surprise touch to have breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Great location for both the train & bus stations and for seeing the sights.

The property was in a wonderful location for walking around Bern. The room was all we needed for a night in the city. The included breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful and the transit pass for within Geneva worked flawlessly.

Historic hotel with friendly and attentive staff

Excellent friendly service, comfortable room. Nice breakfast service and attentative staff. However, there is not much cool air coming from inner rooms despite windows and fan. I would stay again but in a different room.

Handy hotel in very good location

Nice hotel in heart of Geneva. The rooms are functional and quite large, beds comfy. Our rooms bathroom was tiny and a could use some renovation, but was still ok. The breakfast we got into a room was tasty. The hotel also sent the free public transportation cards to email few days before which was very nice.

Being in the center of the city, this location allowed us to be able to visit Geneva. We did not used the free transportation passes offered by this hotel because we were only for a night but we will if we come back. The staff was wonderful.

Unassuming pleasant utilitarian stay.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Amazingly convenient location close to anywhere you would want to go. The facilities are extremely limited, but the staff go all out to make up for it. Entrance is confusing; reception is on the third floor above an unassuming sandwich shop. There are no staff on site after 10 PM.

A value for money stay with a surprise

It was definitely a value for money stay as they served breakfast to our family room as the price of the hotel is not that expensive. Definitely suitable for travellers who are opting for a cheap stay in Geneva. Location wise, it was close to the lake in Geneva and the old town which was really convenient. Although we had to walk past a restaurant in order to get into the narrow hotel entrance and take a cramped elevator to the third floor to check in, and the bathroom was cramped, the delivery of a full breakfast with croissants, fresh fruits and hot chocolate definitely helped our whole experience in the hotel to be much better.

It was a basic room but did the job. The TV worked well and the breakfast delivered to the room was very good. We arrived during a heatwave(37 degrees) and the room is not equipped to deal with it properly - fans are provided but it still gets unbearably hot. Great location with being located right in the middle of the shopping, dining and riverside areas as well as the bus station for tours. The lady on arrival was extremely helpful and really welcoming!

Location was excellent. Room service breakfast was generous. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Although facility is a bit outdated, it’s understandable due to the age of the building. Lobby/office is on the 3rd floor. It’s not favorable if guests have multiple luggages since elevator is a bit tight and will have few floor stops during check-in and check-out (i.e. street level, lobby/office, actual room-floor location).
