"I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be checking out more CitizenM hotels in the future. The only drawback for me was the lack of regular housekeeping. Given how compact the rooms are, they can become messy quite quickly without frequent cleaning."

"Pool out of order, no mention of this on the website before booking, Staff in general very unhelpful. Rooms tired and smelt old and musty (I think the carpet) Would not stay here again."

"Very clean and updated. Beds comfortable Directly across from the train station and 6 minute train ride to airport that runs every 20 minutes or so. Easy for early morning flight. "

"Our room was sweltering although the hallway and lobby were clearly air conditioned. We were thankful the windows opened, but even eight floors up the street noise was disruptive. We attempted to run the unit while we left for a walk only to return a hot room. It was difficult to decide which would be less disruptive: traffic noise or heat."

"First time staying at this chain and I was very happy to have chosen to stay here. Reasonably sized room with large very comfortable bed. Enough hanging space for one or two days and place to stow away luggage. Very nice shower room, shampoo and conditioner provided. Coffee pods and machine provided and also a safe in the room. A shuttle bus is provided to and from the airport which operates every 20 minutes. No additional charge for this. The hotel is in an area which has office blocks and apartments and there are a number of restaurants nearby together with a small supermarket and newsagents. Also the tram into the city is nearby. Overall a really good place to stay whether just for the airport or even for visiting Geneva and would stay here again if coming to the city."

"Ideal location and clean room ! The only down side is that the rooms were quite hot and upon asking the staff to help with the AC we were told that the hotel was in winter mode which means the AC was not working, even though we were mid April with 20degrees celsius weather. Also the internet stopped working on our last day but that was their last resort."
