This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in Geneva! The location is very central to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, and activities on both sides of the lake. The hotel recently underwent a refresh and the rooms are lovely — comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. I look forward to my return. A bientot!

The lack of an area for relaxing, unwinding and refreshments was a negative aspect. Having to go externally for a snack/drink/quiet down time not in the bedroom, took away some of the positive aspects of the hotel.

Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

The hotel's facilities are limited and not as listed online. The gym is not actually part of the hotel, it is offsite at another location. The rooms are way too small and mattresses are too soft as if they are very old. Certainly not a hotel to share a room with anyone.

Average and over priced for the service levels

Room was lovely but very small and very hot. Despite asking 3 times over the 2 night stay to fix the air conditioning this was not fixed and zero communication. Also breakfast being closed at 9.55am on a Saturday morning is poor for such an expensive hotel (we were told breakfast to 10.30am at check in.. which is quite early anyhow!). Overall the operation of the hotel needs to improve - especially at the price charged where I expect it to be perfect.

1. One of staff entered my room when I am sleeping for refrigerator beverages supplements, I said NO thanks, but he still came into and opened refrigerator. 2. Too restaurants dinner can be choosen, but no body told me the water is not included in next door restaurant, so I have to pay more about 100 CHF beyond origin 1 parking 2 meals payment.

The hotel needs a Bar. There is one on an upstairs balcony but each time we wanted to go was told it's full or closed. The Restaurant was at the next door hotel and we were told each time we tried to go that it was fully booked or all seats reserved.
