People were friendly and stay was ok. Staff was often unavailable or in the back office. Hot tub was broken and less than ideal. I’ve stayed at 3 Pullman hotels and this one is the middle of the road one of the 3. Holiday Inn was a clear level or two above.

The room phone did not work, couldn’t call for more towels or toiletries as housekeeping is only every other day but they didn’t come either.
