"Nice clean hotel, evening food was nice, didn't try breakfast. Airport shuttle service very good, free on way to hotel small charge on return to airport. Short and simple walk (basically straight line) to bus for Keukenhof although some steps to get there. But not much else around the hotel."

"The location of the hotel is very good, with convenient car parking and easy access between Amsterdam city center and Haarlem. However, our experience in the lobby area was disappointing. The bar manager was extremely rude and spoke to us in an unprofessional manner. We were sitting in what we believed to be a public lobby area, having coffee, and were not aware that it was part of the bar. He approached us suddenly and said, “I will be nice with you today and ask you to leave.” When I asked him to clarify what he meant, instead of handling the situation calmly, his tone remained unfriendly and inappropriate. This interaction left a very negative impression and significantly affected our overall experience at the hotel."

"The hotel is awesome as well it’s staff, BUT I could not understand how come you have to have a central heather connected to all rooms and as a guess, I could not chose to have A/C on my room and also, not being able to open my window room, because it is not windows on the rooms. It is something very weird and stressfull for a person who don’t like calefacción and enjoy a cold room to sleep. "

"Very nice and friendly crew at the desk, restaurant, and housekeeping. Hotel room was extremely cozy and the staff helped with all of my accommodations without hesitation. Definitely recommend! "

"Visually the room was clean but further inspection revealed areas of the room that wasn’t cleaned. Staff were accommodating but when asking questions about the local area they just referred you to the airport information. Simple things like local bus stop was beyond them. Breakfast and the restaurant were good. What was expected of the level of the * level of the hotel. The dinner was a surprise as I was expecting similar levels of quality but it was really good and tasty. There was signage in the hotel for thefts in the area so I ensured that the safe was used every day. The signs were only in areas that hotel guests could see so I suspect the hotel staff had light fingers. "

"Hotel conveniently is located close to Schiphol airport, but the general standard is barely OK. Rudest and unfriendliest airport shuttle drivers ever. At least the shuttle is included. The frondesk staff also wasn't very helpful - we stayed three nights and literally had to beg for extra coffee pods and creamer for the last two nights. Heads-up - to turn on the room lights you have to slide in, lock, and leave your room key card into the device on the wall, near the front door (next to the first light switches). When you leave for the day, just remove it, and repeat when returning. We didn't eat at the on-premises restaurant due to the exorbitant prices, but McDonald's is right nextdoor. Also suggest you buy food or drinks beforehand, as there is no supermarket closeby."

"Good location for use of the Amsterdam airport. Out a ways from the city center. Nice property for our night before returning to the US. Shuttle service provided upon arrival by air. They charge for the shuttle to the airport unless you’re a Hyatt member. "
