Excellent room, great bay view with balcony. Staff were excellent and most helpful. There were negatives however for whilst I had selected ‘parking’ as a requirement (I am partially disabled) there is no on-site parking. Their parking is in a shopping centre for $30 a day or $50 valet. Internet was so slow, ‘Speedtest’ didn’t even work. Overall, good, but could be better and ‘offsite’ parking should be highlighted.

Ideal location for Deakin Waterfront campus

The Novotel iscin a great location walkable to Deakin Campus , cafes & restaurants. The construction work noise foiled my attempt to sleep in. Overall a good stay.

This a great location. Easy walk to the water and the shops. Room was comfortable, with a good bed and shower. Unfortunately, the hotel has renovations happening. We were informed of this after booking. This meant that we were woken in the mornings with a jack hammer, that went on throughout the day, was not relaxing and saw us leaving our room early each day. We had a lovely balcony view, but unfortunately did not enjoy this during the day, due to the jack hammer. Noah in reception was very helpful.
