Staff were friendly and helpful. The room as nice and spacious with a balcony. We requested for the room to be made up upon check in but had to request again as housekeeping had not been- they were prompt to do so. The construction of the new tower was only a bother in the morning and it was a little frustrating that we were only informed this was happening after booking a non refundable room. Luckily our second night was a public holiday.

The Novotel is very well situated. For a fairly new hotel I did find the room looked abit tired and the bathroom was not very clean, with hairs and grime. There was also building maintenance outside our room as they are expanding the hotel. Definitely not great if you are planning a sleep in or want to go out on your balcony as you have a bunch of Trades all staring at you. This would have been good to know at the time of booking. For the price and experience I would not stay here again.

The Novotel Geelong is the perfect location. The room was extremely comfortable with a modern bathroom, the staff were very polite & welcoming, happy hour was much appreciated & the water front opportunities were inviting.
