A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and facilities. Very close to the waterfront and shopping and cafes. The staff were very helpful, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was outstanding. The water views from our room and the bar were fabulous. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

A beautiful property, large standard room that was big enough for a couch and table for 2 . King bed, massive shower and bathroom. We had beautiful bay views. A lovely breakfast where we could order off the menu (Monday morning) plus cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee/tea and so much more! Friendly staff, efficient valet parking. Great location along the waterfront. Wish we had time for a swim in the beautiful pool!

With a magnificent view over Corp Bay and in a great position in the heart of Geelong this was a great stay. Staff were courteous and helpful and the buffet breakfast was a welcome start to the day.

Very clean hotel, quiet but still okay for kids. Great selection of in room amenities. The only thing we found is that the lighting in the room was very aesthetic but at times a little dark.

I enjoyed our stay, even tho we had white out fog from when we arrived at 4pm until we went to sleep. Literally couldnt see the other side of the street. The hotel was comfortable, warm & quiet. The roof top bar was delightful, sadly without views, due to the fog, moody lighting & delicious drinks. I meant to pack so we could use the indoor pool, but forgot! Breakfast was great, with a range of pastries, cereals, hot food & other things. All the staff were sweet & helpful, I wish I had asked about parking, because I'm sure they would have been knowledgeable. Then I would have paid the $45 for valet parking... that allows you to come & go, over the course of your stay; but,I thought sounded excessive. So, I used the Wilson car park underneath & ended up paying $56 from 7pm until 11 am!

Room was brand new, so definitely spotless. bedding and towels were soft and fluffy. The walk in shower was roomy and excellent. Staff were, generally, very good. When we checking on the Sunday, there was a long wait as I feel that Amber should have not been on her own. Other items was more toiletries in the bathroom. eg. shower caps, combs and spare toothbrush and toothpaste. Also special mention to the Sunday morning breakfast team. Breakfast was outstanding - the cooked offer were great especially the 'creamy' scrambled eggs (how scrambled eggs should be cooked) and the chicken sausages. However the breakfast staff were clearly new and less experienced and were not as attentive as expected in a 5 star hotel.

During my two-night stay at Crowne, the hotel was clean when I arrive and the food was satisfactory. However, when I requested water and a room cleaning on the next day , I was charged for the water and the room was not cleaned.

Great hotel in the heart of Geelong, but I witnessed one of the staff almost give my bag away to a foreigner. So maybe some more training there needed. And I was told I was on level 10 when I dropped my bag off and they switched it to level 4 when I picked up my keys. Room was still nice though and a great little location near the University, gallery and a few cafes.

Made use of the stay, restaurants & bar + bar and pool - enjoyed all. Best stay in awhile. Buffet breakfast lovely, coffee machine though wished coffee was hot. But otherwise service, hotel and food great. Would stay there again. Much needed staycation. Stayed 1 night.

Room was lovely and clean and great view of Cunningham Pier and bay. Pool was great to swim in.......nice and warm. Staff were always friendly and dining staff assisted with special dietary requests and remembered each day. Overall, a great stay.
