"Writing this review maybe it’s my fault for not understanding that this is self check in. To the corporation who owns this people do not want to check themselves in. And they also don’t accept cash only credit cards, at the bar and restaurant. Well the people were nice. The food was good, I don’t think I would come back. Just for the reason when you’re traveling and you’re tired you want someone to check you in after all that’s part of what you pay for. And they must accept cash, we don’t need to go to a cashless world. If those two things weren’t they where they were I would’ve given it a 4 to 5 star."

"I arrived on Sunday and the hotel owner didnt send me the passcode for the hotel's main door and i waited for hours trying to call him and he didnt pick up. Gladly, the bar's owner nextdoors helped me in that regard. The room is quite big and ggod but the pillows suck, they get you neck pain and there are many missing things that ruin your stay especially if this is your first time in germany and you dont know around"

"It’s was amazing. The check in was very simple at the kiosk. I didn’t have to speak to no one. Check in and out. Now the shuttle took awhile to pick up so allow yourself extra time to get to airport. "

"Rude staff, the rooms are soooo hot and when i asked for a solution or air conditioning she said they dont work u can open the window rudely and hung up on me , never even in my life even at 2 star hotels have i seen a hotel with no fridge when i asked for oke they denyed me one wanted to up charge me 10eu per day to switct to a room with a fridge the carpet is dirty the bed is stained with smth red might even be blood , my recommendation pay even 60 eu more a day and stay somewhere else "
