Nice hotel in a villa style atmosphere. Good for events and plenty of green around. Rooms and breakfast are ok and sufficient, looking the hotel style you would probably expect more. The personnel is extremely friendly and nice.

First room we checked into had an additional bed which was shaking and wobbling . We had to move to another room due to this . The bathroom tap in the new room wasn’t working and showering was not possible because of this . Basic amenities are not present . Staff was very friendly and helped but the property needs to upgrade many things . It was not worth the price .

Beautiful facility; I wish we'd have had more time to explore. Price was reasonable compared to places closer to city, but taxi cost to get there was 90 Euro. Fascinating history was explained with great pride by lady at front desk. The breakfast was lovely. Within walking distance of train station, but there are no station personnel, so know what train you need.

Amazing Villa, very average accommodation

I am happy to have had the experience of the Villa and the beautiful grounds. However the room I was given was very old, out dated, and the acoustics were terrible... very strange clicking sounds (pipes creaking perhaps?) with ear plugs I would have gone crazy.

Upon arrival the front desk staff were nice but not very welcoming. They handed us our room key and didn’t tell us anything about the amenities or free breakfast at the hotel. We had to keep asking questions. The rooms were clean but the carpet is old and stained in the rooms and hallways. The AC did not work in our room. We chose this hotel to stay one night before flying out of Milan. It was fine for that but would not stay here for a vacation. We walked to town and that had little to offer as well.

Tv not working. Airco not working. Loose curtains. Shower door not possible to close. Wet floor bathroom at checking. Bunk bed makes noise with every movement. They didn't check the room before. Die Dame am Empfang war nicht besonders freundlich. Wir haben das Hotel ausgesucht, weil es ein Restaurant hat (Zwischenstopp bei einer langen Reise). Beim Ankunft teilte man uns aber mit, dass das Restaurant nur für Gruppen geöffnet ist. Es ist eine katholische Einrichtung und man hat das Gefühl, eher in einem Kloster als in einem Hotel zu sein (inklusive alleluia Gesang).

Bon séjour à la villa Cagnola

Très jolie villa avec un trés beau panorama. Personne à l'accueil très sympa qui parle le français, ce qui a été un plus pour nous qui ne parlons pas trés bien anglais ni italien. Les chambres sont simples, manque peut être un touche italienne dans les chambres, ce qui donnerait un petit plus. Le petit déjeuné était très varié et très bon.

Das Hotel hat eindeutig schon bessere Tage gesehen. Es ist inzwischen ein deutlicher Sanierungsstau aufgelaufen, sodass das Gebäude weniger Villa ist als Herberge. Der Nachtportier war sehr zuvorkommend. Das inkludiert Frühstück in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht OK.
