…last minute stop for us and it was very nice, very comfortable. Staff were great and kind. Didn’t have a phone charger and they were more than helpful offering their own. Clean for an older hotel.

The water in the shower was hard to get at a certain temperature and the shower pressure was very little and it took a little bit to get the soap out of your hair and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work but other than that it was a good place to stay

We had to stay in a room for pets allowed, we had our dog with us. It was decent priced to have our dog with us only an extra $25 per day. We noticed the floor was messed up. The carpet was peeling back. There were a couple red stains on the bed underneath the comforter resembling blood or wine or juice but the location was awesome, everyone was super friendly & helpful! The rooms are very awesome looking also with the unique designs! :) the free breakfast was actually very good also!! Good sausages, pancakes & eggs!

Very maintained property, staff was great, it's what you want, no hassle, just true clean rooms and great location, no issues at all. Everyone was very helpful..I will continue to stay there..I've stayed several times there..no issues , good breakfast in the morning. I'll be back

Well kept property, I've stayed several times there. I've never had a bad experience. Very close to most things that I do. Shopping, dining, walking distance to Ripleys and other attractions. Good breakfast, good staff, I will continue to book a room there. Convention center is across the street, i recommend the wander.

Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived! While we didn’t get to use the pool, it looked well kept and there was a couple families having a good time! Breakfast in the morning was great before we hit the road! We’d definitely stay here again!

The room was ok, instead of replacing the carpet it appeared that they covered up bad spots on it by putting carpet pieces over it. It did look ok and the room was clean . The restroom was partially renovated but clean. Took forever for hot water.

I liked it was in downtown Gatlinburg and walking distance to everything. The room was alittle dated and could use some updating. Mainly new paint for the walls, as there was a big stain on the wall, besides that, it was a good place and served our purpose there.

Room was really hot the ac was not cooling good enough the knob to turn was off so we really couldn’t switch modes . The restroom fan was throwing heat . The room needs a little upgrade as the walls seemed old but bed was comfortable for how much I paid it was sort of reasonable price we stayed in the first floor
