The location right in the heart of Gatlinburg is awesome at the price point. The staff are nice and very helpful; the facilities and room itself is good, nothing really special, but again, the location is amazing. I'd definitely come back here if I were to visit Great Smoky Mountains and wanted the entertainment of Gatlinburg right there as well.

Last minute plan to come to Gatlinburg pick this hotel cause it had king-size bed option for two beds. Had Family with me. Very nice facility love the view. I was on the fifth floor. However everyone was super friendly and I appreciated this day.

The staff at the front desk was very polite and took care of me in a timely manner. I give kudos to the young girl that was working the desk, an older man was checking in before me and was being incredibly rude and she handled it so well.

The hotel is in a good location. It’s right on the strip. The room was clean and spacious. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was okay. They have 3 hot food options some days was boiled eggs, sausage links, and pancakes. Other days were scrambled eggs, sausage links and biscuit and gravy. They also had juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and bagels. Balconies are shared and is the walkway to get to rooms. Overall a decent place to stay and we would stay here again.

The water in the shower was hard to get at a certain temperature and the shower pressure was very little and it took a little bit to get the soap out of your hair and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work but other than that it was a good place to stay

We had to stay in a room for pets allowed, we had our dog with us. It was decent priced to have our dog with us only an extra $25 per day. We noticed the floor was messed up. The carpet was peeling back. There were a couple red stains on the bed underneath the comforter resembling blood or wine or juice but the location was awesome, everyone was super friendly & helpful! The rooms are very awesome looking also with the unique designs! :) the free breakfast was actually very good also!! Good sausages, pancakes & eggs!
