The room was large with comfy beds and pillows. A balcony was nice to watch the world go by. Easy walk to downtown. The only negative was very low water pressure for some reason

Some of the areas looked a little dated, but overall it is great. The pool was completely overrun with kids when we were there, but it looked really nice.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff courteous and prompt. Hotel is vintage but our room was nicely updated. Zero complaints. A short walk to restaurants and downtown shops. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly. The trolley stop is right at the corner of the parking lot. The pool is open late. Rooms were mostly clean, when we arrived it was late and did not notice bathroom had not been cleaned till morning. However, maid service comes everyday to clean your room and give fresh towels. They are very kind. Different elevators seem to be out of order at different times and phones don't work properly. Only one restaurant on property, however, this property is within walking distance of many other options. The hotel was clean and parking lot felt very safe. The pool area has lots of room for everyone to spread out. Someone can always be found at the front desk.

I liked the area the property sat in. Close but far enough off the strip to be away from the busier parts. Pool area was awesome and the staff were the best. I will return here. I was able to walk the entire area.

Staff was very friendly. Don’t like the very small single cup coffee makers in the room. You could also speak with the restaurant about offering free coffee all day instead of getting only in the morning.

I am sorry the coffee makers were smaller than was expected but we provide additional coffee for the rooms which is available at any time convenient to you. The restaurant is not operated by the hotel and at present only open for breakfast and dinner.

Its a nice hotel within walkable distance from downtown Gatlinburg. Indoor swimming pool is nice, and surrounding environment is very nice. Over all we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Will definitely remember this place of when we visit Smokies.

Friendly staff, clean, if older rooms. Hallways, elevators, and stairways need some painting and/or serious cleaning. Pizza delivery trucks parked in the lot need to be better organized. Looks cheap and sloppy.

The room was clean and the pool was great the only thing we didn’t like is that the walls were really thin. We could hear everything next door and in the early morning alll the kids running and screaming on the hall and next to our room woke us up at 6:30 am. We couldn’t rest that much. The rest was ok and great location.

Parking lot set up was horrible, hotel was not very clean, walls were so thin we could hear neighbors talking in their room. Very poor experience and will never stay there again.

The hotel is very outdated. They keep it very clean but it needs a full renovation. Staff is very friendly and the little restaurant is good but has limited choices. The indoor pool is nice but in need of a face lift as the rest of the property. Beds were comfortable, bathroom tiny but clean and maintained.

Finding a suitable place to park can be hectic, but my overall experience was great. A very convenient location for a short walk to all the local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast is provided, but you’re better off walking down the street for something to eat. Overall, I would stay here again.
