There were only two things that needed addressing. Most of the outlets were sloppy plugs wouldn’t stay in. And 90% of the luggage carts had bad tires on them. Which both are simple fixes. Other than that awesome place. Will book next year.

It was a really nice place to stay. Very clean, very nice and spacious living area. Great location- easy walk to shopping, food and other activities. Only two issues: We werent crazy about having to enter a code for elevator, though I appreciate it being for safety. Luckily my son memorized it quickly. Also there was an issue with the fire alarm going off at 4:30 am the first morning due to a sprinkler system issue. Other than that we all loved the property and had a great stay.

Not sure if it’s good or bad but the 2 times we’ve stayed here we’ve seen bears walking around or through the parking garage. Last week mama and her 2 Babies were there.

Checking in proved problematic as I did not get an email with the elevator code or room code. It is unsure if this is an issue with Vrbo, Vacasa, or Expedia.

Fire Alarm went off around 4-4:30 am on the morning I checked out (07/20/2025) other than that the stay was nice. I’ll give it a 4/5 have to ding them for 1 star for cutting into my sleep time.

1st trip to Gatlinburg

The condo was amazing. Everything was as promised. Pictures were exactly as condo was set up. Few things I wished that were better was 1. Lamps or clocks with USB ports to charge devices. Chargers blocks are becoming obsolete so we didn’t really have any, and past hotels or rentals have had clocks or lamps with USB ports. 2. The main bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo. It could’ve been that it was just hot or poor circulation. It was warmer than rest of the condo. 3. The condo we stayed in did have the dumpster right under it and trash pickup is 3AM on the dot. First night it scared us, because I had forgotten it, after that it barely woke us up. Other than that, everything was good. We caught the trolley and rode around. We will definitely be staying there again. In fact, I’m looking now to rebook for October.

Very clean place. Quiet except for the evening time when people were very rowdy at the pool until after 10 pm every night. Liked the toiletries. Didn't have blankets for the pull out couch the first night but when i asked they were delivered the next day. Would stay here again. Perfect location

HONEST AND KIND! I left my makeup bag hanging behind the bathroom door and the cleaning crew turned it and Baskins Creek contacted me and shipping it to me. So appreciate their kindness! The condo is beautiful and just a quick few minute walk to the strip. This was our second time staying here and will be back and highly recommend to our friends and family! This is the second time we have stayed at Baskin Creek condos. Overall we have a great time and experience. The first in a 2 bedroom condo, this time in a 3 bedroom. We wish the kitchen had more cooking utensils, a gas grill and outdoor kitchen in the pool area, and the condos are little dated. There are some noticeable maintenance work that needs to be conducted to the exterior of the building. Our condo was on the 5th floor, and every morning around 4am, the garbage truck would come by to empty the dumpster. We wish the windows were double / triple pane to minimize the sound and the shades / curtains actually kept out the daylight.
