The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
Friendly and responsive staff was awesome to experience. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub could have been more clean and the temperature of the “hot” tub was more of a warm tub.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
Rooms were very clean, indoor pool area was nice and clean, a lot of people but not crowded. Loved the added perks like the ice cream shop/bakery, pizza parlor, coffee shop and gift shop within the resort.
