"Perfectly fine for a quick over night stay. Really no complaints except no toiletries for a shower. Parking lot seemed safe and clean. Corridors smelled a little old but not dirty. The floors are a little creaky so I was woken up several times but the guests above us walking around but they weren't intentionally being loud. We stayed just for a few hours of sleep after a concert and I can't complain for the price. I would stay there again. "
"Good value for the price. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was in good proximity to our daughter's apartment in Duluth. Everything was clean, well maintained, and appeared to have been somewhat recently remodeled. AC worked well and the room was quiet. Some minor areas for improvement -Lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused the room to feel constantly damp (a common problem in many hotels). -With a couple of tweaks the breakfast could be great;...
