"We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I did not have breakfast but the price was much lower than other places so I can't complain entirely because other places were far more expensive and I made the reservation at the last minute. İf there were no towels no heat no television and the only thing I can say was it was a place to sleep and I left very early in the morning as soon as possible. They had a sizable liquor selection at the front desk so if a person is drinking and doesn't take much attention to everything else it would probably work out much better. The public transportation in front does run 24 hours so it's possible to get into the main city easily once you understand what to do. I think it's a former Soviet block building"

"Kitchen facility is inadequate for the size of hostel and number of people wanting to use it. It is accessed through getting a key and is a small galley kitchen- suitable for one family/person to cook at a time but when I used it, 3 other groups also wanted to do so. It is not possible to pop in and get something into the fridge or cook and then do you dishes later (freeing it up for someone else to use it while you eat) as you have to pay a deposit to get the key. Freindly enough staff."

"Clean and very comfortable hotel. All staff courteous and helpful. Good choice for breakfast (continental) with plenty for everyone. Location excellent for U Bahn, literally 100 yards away. There is a direct S Bahn from the airport to Frankfurter Allee (the S85). Plenty other options also. I will be back in Berlin in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again. And to top it all, the hotel itself is situated on the roof of a small shopping center. Brilliant."

"Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent Valentine’s trip to Berlin, which was booked through Expedia. My partner and I arrived at the hotel at approximately 1:30am after travelling, only to be informed that the Senior Suite I had paid for was no longer available. Without any clear explanation, we were told the room had effectively been downgraded. The receptionist was unable to provide a reason as to why the room I had booked and paid for had been given to another guest, nor could they explain how this situation had occurred. After being shown an alternative room, we were left with no real choice but to accept a standard room with a standard bed — significantly below the level of accommodation I had reserved and paid for. I requested either the correct room or a refund of the price difference, but this was refused. I find it completely unacceptable that a confirmed and fully paid booking was not honoured. The issues continued throughout the stay. During our three-night visit: No housekeeping attended our room. Bed sheets were not changed. The room was not cleaned at any point. On the second night, after returning late in the evening, we found the room untouched. The following day, we had to go down to reception and request fresh bed sheets and pillowcases ourselves. We were instructed to collect them from reception rather than having them delivered to the room, and I was forced to make the bed personally. While I "
