"EVERYTHING was spectacular. This is my new hotel for Milano per sempre. Staff is more than excellent and happy and hospitable. I wish every hotel was like this."

"The room was very basic. Power points for charging phones and watches etc were minimal and didn’t really have the power to charge them. They told us we could have an additional towel, so we didn’t have to share but when it came to washing them, we only got one back. Thought this was very unhygienic that guests had to share towels. We were told there was hot water for hot drinks available 24 hours a day but this was not the case. The doors for the room with the hot water got locked. The breakfast was ok on the couple of occasions we had it. Overall, quite disappointed with the room. We expected better. "
