My bathroom looked like it had been overly used since the 70’s, peeling enamel , cracked and just generally dingey bathroom, woodwork peeling , tiles been up since year dot. Also frame around window was worn peeling and had dead flys on sill, there was also a cigarette butt on the floor as i went in, also food spillage that hadn’t been cleaned !! "Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

"Had to wait nearly 30 minutes before they could get any key card to work Was only on the fourth room I managed to get in Not what you want at 1am when you've driven all day and need sleep before your next drive No compensation, no apology, just a shrug of the shoulders from staff, that clearly had seen this happen before Didn't even get a free cup of coffee next morning"

"Hotel is in a great location near the canal, Leeds dock and the Armouries museum and a 15min pleasant walk to the city centre. Very quiet area, no traffic, but with a clean parking lot nearby. Comfortable double room with a huge bed, although we were provided with a room for disabled people which we didn't ask for (hotel was allegedly full so unable to change). Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and in a large open dining area."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"My single bed room was small but everything worked okay. TV, Hot water kettle, AC, mini fridge. My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. No street noise or train noise. Very quiet. Coffee, sugar cream and towels were restocked daily. Check in and out was easy. Nice large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches. Hotel is next to the Leeds Train Station. Very convenient."

"Small bedroom, but very clean (newly refurbished) and great shower. Breakfast OK - fruit good, but cooked breakfast had been hanging around. Great location in the centre of town. Would consider booking again."

"A lovely clean hotel, very big room with kitchen, loung,bedroom and ensuite with huge TV in both lounge and bedroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooftop bar and dining area. Very good value for money. Close to the train station and handy for shopping. Have already booked another room for later in the year."

"Decent hotel in a nice location, close to the train station. The reception is on the third floor but it's a welcoming space with plenty of natural light. There's a cycle lane immediately outside which makes it easy & convenient to get around to other parts of the city."
