The only problem I encountered was getting to and from the ( excellent, heated) pool. When you make your reservation, make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance so they can email you the check in instructions, as there is no reception desk there. "Very comfortable hotel just a few steps away from the centre of Biarritz, and close to buses going to the airport or Bayonne etc. Delphine, Marie and the other staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of useful information on the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent with local produce and even some home-made goodies. Highly recommended - we would stay again! "
