"House Keeping let another family into our room while we were sleeping. When I went out to the Hallway to see what was happening the same Family was checking all visitor doors on the 4th Floor. Reported the issue to the front desk but they said a manager wasn't available until a few days later. Reported issue to Hyatt escalation Team and they never followed up on the HIGH Security issue. "

"This property has so much potential if only it was run well. New building all the right parts. Run poorly. Examples: no hangers in closet until requested, phone had flashing message and over 5 day stay no one could figure out how to get the message, coffee cup lids didn't fit cups and yet they were left out to fluster customers (I suggested 3 days in a row to remove lids until the correct ones could be attained), no 1/2&1/2 after day 1 & I was told each day it will be here tomorrow, no regular milk day 5, breakfast was poor and sometimes just cold. Sisters room was not even cleaned on one day. This could be an excellent place to stay with some attention to detail. "

"First time ever staying here and the place was really nice. That air conditioner was really good really cold. The staff helped me out a lot and answered all my questions on all I it’s a pretty good place. Definitely coming back again and also keep up the good work guys."

"considering the environment the hotel is located in, it is a good place to stay. It's not easy to keep things nice in harsh environments. I believe the Excellent rating I saw when Travelocity was recommending hotels in the area was over-rated. I would give it a Great rating, but definitely not an Excellent rating. There was plenty of focus on maintaining the condition of the front of the building, but the back of the building, where we entered/exited could of been mistaken for a truck stop...2 star at most in this area. This is a good hotel, with a good staff, and nothing wrong with the breakfast. The gym is nice, and my room was clean and nice, it just wasn't Excellent quality.....tho I'm sure it was when it was new. Good stay, Thank You"

"Hotel room was fairly clean, appreciated the smoking room didn't smell as bad, as most !! Did notice amt of people partying/hanging around outside, in parking lot...& later could hear someone hanging out near room...then knocked on our door, acouple times overnite, which had our lil dog barking too Ugh !! "

"Front clerk/staff was very nice. All carpets in the living areas are filthy. Pool/hot tub have been non-functioning for months. The first room the mini fridge was not working, the second room they tried to give us the entire room was dirty, the third room was fine besides the dead roach in the restroom and mold in the AC. We will not be returning ever, and I will make sure that I will tell all my friends and family NOT to come here. "
