The hotel uses silverware and porcelain plates, which is fine but they’re often dirty during breakfast. A switch to single-use may be less cost effective but it is cleaner. "

"Booked a non smoking room, found a used cigarette next to TV stand, trash has uncleaned vomit, Not cleaned room, super dirty bathroom smell, toilet seat not assigned properly, closet hangers too old dust smell and spiders, my kids didn't sleep at all, TV not working and no remote. Non refundable after long drive, wanted to sleep, but wasted every penny. Worst experience"
